Due to limited seating and scheduling, reservations for special events may need to be made over the phone. Please see below for individual dates, times and methods to reserve for upcoming events!
Thanksgiving Dine in or Take Out
Thanksgiving Dining Options:
Buffet - Dine In
Reservations Required. Due to limited service times, reservations for this year’s Thanksgiving Day Buffet need to be made over the phone (304) 554-0100. Reservations can be made between 11am-3pm. If you need to cancel the reservation, please call us right away to allow others to spend Thanksgiving at Sargasso.
Curbside Family Style Packages - To Go
Reservations Required.
All Family Style Curbside orders need to be placed by Friday, November 18th at noon. Orders must be prepaid.
· Orders can be placed during your next visit, by phone (304) 554-0100, or online (click here).
o Orders can only be taken during Hours of Operation.
· The following info is needed when placing your order(s):
o Name on the order that will be used to check in on Thanksgiving Day.
o Phone Number of the person placing the order.
o Selecting Pumpkin or Pecan Pie for your package order.
o Giving us a Pickup Time between 11am-3pm Thanksgiving Day with time slots every 15 minutes.
o Payment is required upon ordering to reserve a time for your Curbside Pickup.
o Online Orders
When selecting a package put your pie selection and pickup time in the Special Instructions section, which then can be seen during checkout.
Thanksgiving Day pull right up front to the curb, call us (304) 554-0100 and give us the name on the order, vehicle description, and then we will be right out with your order. Happy Thanksgiving!

Ukraine Benefit Dinner
Sargasso is hosting a benefit dinner to raise money for the Ukraine. All NET proceeds will be donated to unicefusa.org, which directly goes to helping children in Ukrainian Conflict Zones. Experience an Ukrainian Four-Course Dinner with a $100 per person donation and the option of a $20 Wine or Cocktail Pairing. Throughout the evening we will have a Silent Auction with donated items from local businesses. Due to limited seating we will have 2-Seating Times at 5pm & 7pm, please call to make reservations at (304) 554-0100.

Oktoberfest
We are happy to announce the date for our annual celebration of Oktoberfest!
Times are as listed and we will be selling tickets at all of our locations - Sargasso, Riverbirch Cafe, and Terra Cafe. The event itself will be hosted at Sargasso.
There will be plenty of food, drinks and live events that you won’t want to miss!
Closed for Dinner Service
Hello everyone,
Due to a staff member being exposed to COVID-19, we will have to be closed for dinner service (5-9pm) on Thursday, September 9th and Friday, September 10th.
Sorry for any inconvenience and we will return to our normal hours for Saturday evening.
Labor Day Weekend
We will be closed for these days to take a small vacation before the Holiday season.

Sargasso at the WV Botanic Garden
Come visit us at the WV botanic garden this Sunday the 15th for “A great gatsby garden party”
In order to prepare for this event, we will be closed for brunch on Sunday, August 15th
We will be there providing food and drinks along with quite a few other restaurants. Tickets are $95 per person at the door and there will be music, silent and live auctions, and a ton of other exciting events that will be a lot of fun. We are very proud to be a part of this event and help with fundraising for our wonderful botanic gardens.
