March Chef's Dinner: Modern Russia

Reservations are now open for our next Chef's Dinner! For those who haven't joined us before, the Chef's Dinner is a once monthly event at Sargasso. Our Chefs are frequently inspired by certain regions of the world, styles of cuisine or ingredients. The Chefs Dinner allows them to explore off-menu themes and share adventurous food with diners.

It also allows diners to share conversation with our Chefs and other diners as each dish is introduced and presented in person by a member of the culinary team.

This month Chef Michael Saffron will explore Modern Russian Cuisine, which has been gaining ground in the Michelin Guide as Russians find their voice with the natural wonders of their country. Chef Saffron's goal is to enchant customers with modern takes on classic dishes and pay tribute to an otherwise unknown part of the world. Guests can expect a special beverage pairing by in-house Beverage Director, Athena Freedlander.

The Chef's dinner has been occurring monthly since Fall 2016 and sells out very quickly. Seating is limited and reservations cannot be made online. Please call 304.554.0100 today to reserve your seats.
