It is almost time for another sold out Chef's Dinner event! Chefs Metzler, Saffron and Halterman are delighted to bring you authentic ingredients and cooking techniques from the Patagonia region - the south west tip of Argentina and bordering Chile. This area is known for vast empty ranges, cattle drives and step mountains, creating a very diverse but remote cuisine. Diners should expect some exciting seafood on Thursday!
